Off medication after so many years of fighting with Diabetes

Shocked that this all-natural diet brought my A1C from 7.7 to 5.9. This is what Metformin could not do. I was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2007 and my glucose levels were out of control when I started taking Metformin. I tried a variety of diets in the past, but couldn’t get off my meds.I had lost all hope of finding a permanent cure.
After reading reviews on Amazon, I decided to give the 8 week blood sugar diet book a shot. On March 1st, I started an 800-calorie diet as advised in the 8 week blood sugar diet pdf. And just in 22 days, my doctor advised me to get off Metformin. The last time I took Metformin was on March 23rd. By that time, my morning blood sugar was about 100 (some days below 100, some days above 100), and my A1C on May 19th was 5.9, down from 7.7 before the diet. My morning blood sugar is currently under 100 on most days, and my A1C should be 5.5 in about two weeks, based on my 90-day average of glucometer readings.
I owe Dr. Mosley a huge debt of gratitude for writing this book, which will assist tens of thousands of individuals fight diabetes and get their lives back on track!

This is an excellent book to read and utilize if you have Diabetes or are pre-diabetic. I was diagnosed with Blood Sugar, and after following the 800-calorie diet for a week, I lost three pounds and had a 20-point drop in my blood sugar, which ranged from 80 to 111.
